• Description:
• The object of the procurement is container-based service cranes (including containers). One container crane assembly includes a crane and two (2) sea containers as a platform. There are 2 units to be purchased + 2 units as an option. As an option, it can also be purchased for each loose equipment related to the whole set defined in the appendix of the request for tender. The goal is delivery during the year 2026. Optionally obtainable sets (1-2 pcs) and loose sets (up to four (4) sets) must be possible order and deliver in the same schedule as the entities bindingly included in the purchase. The decision to redeem the options can also be made later, but no later than December 31, 2027. The customer decides separately the entities to be ordered as an option quantity. The customer can order individual loose equipment or all the loose equipment specified in the request for tender. The procurement requirements are described in appendix 1 Technical requirements. The contract terms concerning procurement are described in appendix 2 Draft contract. If the terms and conditions of the request for tender are inconsistent with its appendices, the terms and requirements presented in the request for tender apply first and then the appendices in their ascending order.
