• North Karelia's procurement agency requests an offer for further training in the mechanical and metal industry for the contract period 1.8.2026 - 31.12.2027 + one (1) + one (1) year option option. The law on the organization of labor services is procured through tendering (380/2023) according to labor force training. Labor force training is adult training, the purpose of which is to develop and supplement the professional skills of job seekers and improve the conditions for people to find employment. By promoting professional skills labor training aims to satisfy companies' need for skilled labor. Labor force training is intended for unemployed and job seekers under threat of unemployment. The service must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and regulations issued by the authorities.
