• Description:
• The subject of this acquisition are the Legal Services ("Services") produced for Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procurement Unit") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The procurement unit is looking for the following in this procurement professional service providers to provide legal services for its needs in the entities mentioned below: Contract law, company law and dispute resolution / 4 suppliers. Including, among other things: - Wide-ranging contract law and corporate law matters and and assisting and representing the Customer in situations related to contractual disagreements and dispute resolution.- assisting in infrastructure projects and consortium working groups, especially related to the customer's national hydrogen business and to international infrastructure projects.- Advice covering different areas of jurisprudence, especially related to legislation, contracts and application practices in the energy sector, hydrogen and gas markets. The selected Service Provider must be able to produce the Services in Finnish, Swedish and English. The agreement enters into force from the moment of its signing and is valid for 4+2+2 years. The services are supposed to start at the end of 2026 (estimated in October). This procurement is subject to the Act on the Procurement of Special Sectors, i.e. Water and Act on acquisitions and right-of-use agreements of units operating in the fields of energy supply, transport and postal services (1398/2016).
