• Description:
• The community and environmental services of the city of Oulu is requesting your offer for the control/extermination of harmful plant alien species in accordance with this call for tenders. Harmful alien species to be removed are e.g. cape-rowan-elder, black rose, handsome lupine and giant balm. The works are located in areas owned by the city of Oulu. The operator must have expertise in the correct disposal of alien species to be removed. The work requires a car and, if necessary, a trailer to transport the bio-material to be disposed of to the landfill or to the place indicated by the customer. The use of the car and trailer is reimbursed according to the taxman's mileage allowance. Garbage bags and other disposable items are replaced against receipts. In connection with the eradication and collection of alien species from the area at the same time, the waste found on the terrain must be removed. Before work, the operator will be familiarized with the use of the feedback service of the city of Oulu. Guest species announcements are sent to the operator's e-mail through it. Based on the information received, the operator can plan rules of procedure and to check land ownership. Responding to feedback is the operator's responsibility throughout the off-road season. Most of the control takes place at the beginning of the growing season and ends at the end of July. In August, operations will decrease, but work can continue through the summer until the end, if employees are available. The operator must keep his own notes on the occurrence of the plant species to be removed, with a view to future inspection visits and possible eradication again. Terrain...
