- This public tender process is for control and reference reagents for HUS Diagnostic Center, Laboratory of Genetics at Helsinki University Hospital. The controls and reference reagents must be suitable for the laboratory process by array-CGH, NGS, real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR), fragment analysis and gel electrophoresis. The tender is divided into three lots: 1. Reference materials, 2. Quantitative PCR standards, and 3. DNA molecular weight markers and ladders. Every lot is also divided into individual products and product groups. Partial tenders within lots are allowed. The procurement entity selects one (1) supplier for each product so that the products may have either the same or a different supplier. The contracts with suppliers are in force for a fixed period of three (3) years, and thereafter until terminated.
