- Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy (hereafter Procurement Unit) establishes a dynamic procurement system (hereafter DPS) for vehicles. The customers involved in the procurement are the cities of Kangasala, Nokia, Orivesi and Yloejaervi and the municipalities of Lempaeaelae, Pirkkala and Vesilahti (hereafter Kehyskunnat). Tsubsidiaries of the aforementioned cities and municipalities can also be shareholders.
The subject of the procurement are combustion engine and electric vehicles (or a combination of these PHEVs):
- passenger cars
- small vans
- medium-sized vans
- large vans
- pick-up trucks (platform models)
- pick-up cars
DPS's internal tenders define the detailed characteristics of the vehicles to be tendered at any given time.
The procurement unit accepts all Candidates who have submitted a participation application and meet the suitability requirements set for Candidates into the system. Acquisitions are madeWithin DPS with separate tender requests. The planned start date of the DPS is June 1, 2024, and the first procurements are planned to be implemented in 2024.
You can apply for the system as a Candidate for the entire duration of the DPS. Applying to the system does not mean direct participation in the competitionto the procurements to be made, but after acceptance, the Candidate must separately submit a bid to open DPS Internal tenders.
Purchase contract-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents are available to Candidates accepted to DPS at the time of the opening of the Internal competition.
