- Procurement target: One cooperation robot for educational use of the school. The device will be located at the Rauma office of the West Coast Education Oy. The device is purchased for training, funded by continuous learning and employment service center, JOTPA for training: Winnova Cobot Way - a collaborative robot for production.
Device Requirements below:
1. The basic features of the complexity:
The cobotic welding station must be fully operational with CE marking.
The whole must be included:
- Robot arm and controller
- Finnish and visual welding software jig
- Welding table and welding brackets. Table size at least 1000 x 1200 mm.
- Pulse welding power supply with a watercilled robotic burner
- The whole must be movable
- Delivery and Training in Rauma (Duration of Training at least 2 days)
The technical minimum properties of the robot arm:
• Robot resolution at least +- 0.05mm
• Load carrying capacity of at least 12.5 kg
• A reach of at least 1300mm
• At least 4 joints are capable of 180 degrees / second to speed
• In all joints +- 360 degree work area
• The total weight of the arm, the control device and the screen up to 50kg
• a sensitive safety function (power -controlled cooperation robot)
Functions required for welding:
• All welding functions in Finnish in the robot display device
• Physical teaching buttons for welding tracks and a taught point indicator light.
