Description:
The HUS Group requests offers for copy and printing papers. The purchase includes white and colored copy and printing papers, as well as synthetic copy paper. The products are described in more detail in appendix 1 Tender form of the request for tenders.
During the contract period, it is also possible to acquire the anticipated arvo, products belonging to the product groups that are the subject of the contract, which are not identified in the product appendix (see draft contract).
This is a joint procurement of several procurement units, whichused as a procurement ring. The products requested in this request for tender will be used by: HUS-yhtymae (HUS), Kymenlaakso welfare area, City of Helsinki/ Social and health sector, and Espoo hospital. Scope of procurement (totreduced consumption) is described in more detail in appendix 1 Tender form. It is an estimate, and the procurement unit does not commit itself to the announced euro amounts and the realized consumption amounts announced in the request for tenders. Final order quantities may be higher or lower than stated.
