This is not a procurement announcement or a request for bids, but an announcement about market mapping. During the market survey, the procurement unit surveys the smoking stations on the market in order to prepare for a possible future acquisition. Suppliers are asked to deliver brochures and materials at the market existing smoking stations. The procurement unit is interested in smoking stations (smoking booths) that are suitable for hospital use, are fire safe and odorless. If possible, supplier-specific introductions can be arranged with those who responded to this market survey notice. Carrying out the market survey does not obligate the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement, nor does it obligate the procurement unit to carry out the procurement as described in the market survey. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the information obtained during the market survey, if possible in the preparation of the request for tender. Suppliers are not compensated for participating in the market survey. Participating in the market survey does not bind the supplier to participate in the tender, nor is it a prerequisite for participating in the actual possible tender later. Participating or not participating in the market survey does not affect the bidder's position in the actual possible tender.
