Description:
The Northern Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) tenders Ydinnaulat and their accessories for the use of Pohte and its cooperation area. The cooperation area includes the welfare regions of Lapland, Central Ostrobothnia and Kainuu. Sub-areas 1, 2 and 3 should be provided with a core nail system with basic instrumentation can install the core nails of all three sub-areas (1, 2 and 3). Subarea-specific additional instrumentation is allowed. The tenderer must bid for all three sub-areas (1,2 and 3) if he bids for at least one of the three sub-areas (1, 2 and 3). The two suppliers with the highest total points will be selected and the system for sub-areas 1,2 and 3, when the scores of all three sub-areas are added up. Sub-areas 4, 5, 6 and 7 are independent sub-areas. The comparison price is made up of the total price of the reference configuration indicated per core nail. If necessary, scoring has also been used. In situations where instruments from two suppliers are placed in the unit, the most suitable nail for the patient is selected on clinical grounds. The contracted supplier must before the beginning of the procurement period, deliver to the operating departments of the hospitals in the cooperation area the instrumentation and removal instruments of the core nail system selected for the contract, which are the property of the supplier but used by the customer during the contract period.
