- The city of Kemi requests bids for the aggregate and transport contract for the period 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2028 in accordance with the request for bids and its documents.
The bidder has the option of two (2) option years. Further negotiations of the agreement will take place in 2028 at the end.
The selection criteria is the cheapest price. The comparison price consists of the sum of the given unit prices. One (1) operator will be selected.
The quantities presented in the request for tender are not binding in any respect, and the contract resulting from this request for tender does not include a quantity purchase obligation. The procurement unit also has the right to acquire small quantities of additional procurements under this contract.
JYSE 2025 Services Contract Terms apply to the contract.
The acquisition has not been divided into sub-entities, because the acquisition forms such a natural entity that splitting it into parts is not in accordance with the purpose. We will get it total service, where the cars also transport aggregates.
