• Description:
• The project involves the renovation of a 2-story middle school building, Hakkari school in Lempäälä. The project will be implemented in phases and the school is in use during the repairs. The school is undergoing an extensive facade repair, with facade brickwork and thermal insulation will be renewed as well at the same time, the U-value of the outer walls is improved. In addition, the gutters and external frost protection will be renewed. For non-tight ones sealing repairs are made to structural joints and penetrations. In the interior, the false ceilings and floor surfaces are extensively renewed, except for the hatch original brick tile floors in the lobby. Ventilation terminals and lighting are renewed, as well as wet rooms. Service water pipes and internal rainwater drains are renewed. Added to classroom spaces escape routes. External drainage is improved. The main electricity center and distribution centers are being renewed. The main goal of the project is to achieve safe, healthy premises and good indoor air for the users. In the 1st stage of the competition (registration stage), those who have submitted a participation application and the minimum requirements filling of the applicants, three (3) applicants will be selected for the negotiation and team evaluation phase of the collaborative project management contract.
