Description:
The object of the acquisition is cost accounting software and maintenance and updating of the cost accounting model after implementation as a service by the Supplier. This means the whole that meets the requirements of the request for tenders, including all the necessary physical devices, operating systems, etce-applications and other components that cause costs, as well as the maintenance and support of the solution, which are needed to obtain the information required by the Subscriber. The whole is called the "solution" in the request for tenders.

Mandatory requirements are absolute requirements that must be met. Mandatory features must be implemented from the moment of signing the contract throughout the entire contract period.
The goal of the procurement is to produce information about the cost response of the group's productionfrom the year to support decision-making, and to support management with information. The solution must produce comparable information between the regional laboratories and its different cost centers.
Due to insufficient human resources for the Customer's cost accounting function, the Customer will not use the softwareoa itself, but the part of the service is also included in the purchase.
