Description: The City of Oulu Welfare Services (hereinafter the subscriber) requests your offer for corona sampling (covid-19 virus RNA detection, CV19NhO) and sample analysis for the period 15.4.-31.12.2021. The contract period is based on the subscriber's current knowledge of the need for sampling. The price of the service also includes notifying the customer of the result and notifying the City of Oulu of the Infectious Diseases Unit of a positive result by secure e-mail (tartuntatauti@ouka.fi). Pursuant to this call for tenders, services will be procured on the basis of a framework agreement to supplement the City of Oulu's own service production for customers responsible for arranging primary health care, with an estimated sampling rate of 150 samples / day. The amount of sampling is estimated weekly.
However, the subscriber does not undertake to procure a certain number of samples / day, but the service is procured according to the necessary need.
