Description:
The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces requests your offer for crisis management departure and repatriation health checks for persons leaving for and repatriating from the Defense Forces' crisis management. There are 600-800 crisis management personnel all over Finland every year, but the need for the service variese annually numerically and regionally. The service provider undertakes to provide the health check-up services detailed in Appendix 2 on the Procedure Price List. In the procedure price list, health check-up services are divided into the following three packages: Basic check-up at the start, additional examinations at the startinspection and repatriation inspection. The need for the service varies regionally as the number of kriha personnel employed by the Defense Forces changes. The service provider must have offices all over Finland and the ability to offer the services according to the contract throughout Finland, because kpersonnel leaving for rice management have been stationed all over Finland. The service provider must be able to offer the health services in accordance with the contract at the location that is closest to the customer at any given time. The treatment of patients specified by the customer is included in the procedure price list in Appendix 2specifications, studies and necessary measures according to the contract. Possible follow-up treatment and procedures that are not mentioned in the contract are not covered by the contract. Customers come with referrals from the SOTLK health center.
