- The HUS Group Diagnostics Center (later "Subscriber" or "contracting entity") requests offers for expert services for customer experience measurement and analysis in accordance with this invitation to tender and its attachments. The subject of the acquisition includes the implementation of the overall survey in the following diagnostic services: clinicals, subscribers and patient customers. Clinical surveys are scheduled to conduct one (1) once every year, and the subscriber surveys are due to conduct every other year. The necessity of the implementation of patient customer surveys is assessed annually. The service provider conducts survey surveys with the client within the agreed schedule.
