• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the social care customer information system as an on-premise solution, including the system application, the necessary user rights, the form functionality of the social care electronic transaction service, support for the implementation of the services to implement, integration implementations for ATJ, reporting and data management functionality, application support and maintenance for the contract period and other expert services. The acquired social care customer information system must be supported comprehensively also e.g. legal processing and invoicing of customer and patient data. For a social care professional, the customer information system is one of the most important work tools, so it must be of a high level of usability, support professionals in the implementation of work tasks and enables a smooth flow of information between operators. The usability, interoperability and utilization of information in social and healthcare information systems has been a strategic goal of governments for several for years. In electronic transactions, the Customer uses an electronic transaction platform, either gathers the Customers' electronic transactions in one place as a "one stop shop" principle for the Customer.
