The welfare region of North Karelia makes a direct purchase of the customer-specific foster care needed by family and social services child protection from Pienkoti Aura Oys Liperi pirtti unit for the contract period 21.8.2025 14.11.2028. procurement system) no available foster care place that meets the childs needs can be found among the foster care places selected through the procurement system.
