Description:
Customer surveys are subject to a service contract. The framework agreement is divided into two different areas: Party 1 Planning and Implementation of Customer Surveys, and Sub-Featuring Data Collection. The content of the sub-services is described in more detail by the appendices of the invitation to tender.
Section 1Customer survey refers to data collection by which the City of Tampere seeks to acquire understanding of its customers or stakeholders. The purpose of customer survey can either better understand the use of a particular service or the customer experience or, alternatively, understand the subject of a broader subjectthe situation and needs of the target group or, for example, images or expectations of a particular service. In area 1, a comprehensive customer research design, implementation and analysis of or part of these is ordered.Collecting or conducting quick interviews in the urban environment, such as a street, a city service point or a mall. Thus, this area does not acquire the design or preparation of the survey, the preparation of interview questions, the analysis of results, or the customer surveydesign as a whole, but only to collect answers.
