- Description:
- The South Karelia welfare area (Ekhva) requests offers for customer-tailored treatment packages. The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas. The bidder can submit a bid in either one or more sub-areas. Ekhva selects for each sub-area one (1) contract supplier. The procurement contract period is aimed to start on May 1, 2026 and end on April 30, 2027, after which the contract can continue as an indefinite contract. On the continuation of the agreement as an agreement valid for the time being approximately six (6) one month before the end of the contract. The supplier must have all the necessary products in the package. The content required in the package is specified in the product appendix of the request for tender. Assessed for one (1) year each the consumption amounts for the procedure package per package are indicated in the tender documents and the product appendix. However, the procurement quantities may vary significantly from year to year, and the welfare region of South Karelia does not commit based on the given value to buy any specific number of packages during the contract period, but packages are bought as needed. The delivery address for the products is South Karelia Central Hospital, Valto Käkelä katu 1, 53130 Lappeenranta. The offer must be made in Finnish.
