- The procurement unit requests bids for the provision of the D tasks service for primary care in Helsinki. The scope of the acquisition includes the production of D-tasks of the emergency services provided by the emergency center and the maintenance of the required readiness in the HUS Helsinki area. The service includes the emergency center for everyone in the areataking care of the D tasks of the first aid service with a basic ambulance. Tasks for the units are transmitted through the emergency center. Tasks are performed based on the risk assessment and urgency classification made by the emergency center and the operating instructions given by the doctor in charge of first aid. An emergencykus can also, according to its instructions, if necessary, alert the unit as a first response to high-risk tasks according to the principle of the nearest appropriate unit in situations where the organization responsible for the production of urgent (A-C) tasks (rescue department) incl. its first responders did not capsizedue to the shortage of staff, be able to take care of them in the appropriate time.
The acquisition includes an option to increase the readiness of the sixth unit from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 3 pm. With regard to options, the procurement unit does not undertake to redeem the option. The subscriber informs about using the option separately.
Subscriber introductionthese assessments of the need, quantity or scope of the service are not binding on the Subscriber. The subscriber does not commit to more precise order quantities, but can place orders according to the current need. The agreement does not give the Service Provider an exclusive right to provide the service to the Subscriber.
