Description:
The procurement unit requests your offer for the process and information system consulting services of the D365 platform partner and CRM system in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. A CRM customer and stakeholder management solution implemented with Dynamics 365 technology. The purpose of the procurement is to secure a partner for the maintenance and further development of the D365 platform used by the higher education community in Tampere (including more broadly Microsoft Power Platform development) and CRM for process and information system consulting (also including ECIU system work in ECIU's D365 environment). The duration of the contract is two (2) years. The target for the start of the contract period is 1 November 2025. The procurement unit reserves the opportunity to first use one (1) one (1) year long in the procurement option period and then one (1) two (2) year long option period. The description of the procurement object and the minimum requirements are described in this request for tender and its appendices. The anticipated value of the procurement is €150,000 - €200,000 (VAT 0%) per year.
