Description:
Rehabilitative daytime activities for the elderly are a support service under Section 19 of the Social Welfare Act, a service that promotes or supports inclusion and social interaction. Rehabilitative daytime activities are preventive, functional and rehabilitation, systematic, goal -oriented, and evidencebased on group activities. The service is intended for a person who needs it on the grounds that his or her ability to function is reduced due to high age, illness, injury or other similar cause. In addition, services are arranged for a person who needs them a special family or life situationby. The purpose of the rehabilitative daytime activities is primarily to support the home of multi -patient, memory -impaired, lonely and, if necessary, caregiver clients and their families. The purpose of the service is to comprehensively support and promote the well -being of clients,functional ability, mental alertness, social inclusion, quality of life and reduce loneliness. The service is purchased in the Turku and Salo areas. The service providers will be selected as two (2) most affordable pricesgiving a provider. The tenderer gives the price for full -time and part -time rehabilitative daytime activities. Prices are given in the form of €/customer visit.
