Description:
The acquisition is the target of dairy products, in accordance with the Top Finnterms 2001 condition to the subscribers.
Products ordered during the contract period As needed, the estimated product estimates may be exceeded or below.
If the manufacturing of the contract product is terminated, the corresponding replacement product must be agreed. About the attached to the invitation to tender The delivery point list shows the delivery items and the rhythm of delivery. The list of delivery targets is indicative and may become changes during the contract period. The products offered must be able to be delivered to all subscriber delivery sites listed in the list of delivery. The tenderer commits To deliver the goods in the rollers to the reception facilities and, if necessary, cold rooms.
The invitation to tender requests price VAT. 0% for most used/ main products delivered to subscribers' delivery items. The offer must not contain empty product lines for the products requested in the invitation to tender. In addition, we ask the tenderer to provide a product group -specific discount rate for products that are not mentioned in the invitation to tender.
The contract period is 1.10.2025 - 30.9.2026....
