Description:
The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration is requesting offers for the moisture and mold cleaning services of the movable property for the period 1 January 2026 (target) - 31 December 2027, after which the contract can be extended by the Customer's decision on the original terms with 1+1 year options for the period 1 January to 31 December 2028 and 1 January to 31 December 2029.
Acquisition the target is the moisture and mold cleaning work of various movables. The service is procured for use by the entire city of Turku. The service is purchased as needed during the contract period.
The assignments are one-off and their size, content, scope and necessary cleaning methods vary by site. The most common destinations have been kindergartens, schools and museums. In recent years, the largest one-time cleanings have been the cleaning of the entire movable property of a school with more than 500 students and moving to a new address. The busiest time is summer, when schools are closed and other properties are also less busy in use.
With the service provider and the customer, the moveables suitable for storage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The service also includes a cleanable one valuation of chattels in relation to costs.
