Description:
The object of the procurement is the Sote customer information data delivery service. The purpose of the procurement contract is to acquire a ready-made social and health data processing and data management service that supports the operation and development of the End Customer. The object of the acquisition and its subjects the requirements are described in detail in this RFP and other procurement documents. The customer chooses one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract must be used only by Istekki Oy, and only Istekki Oy and the chosen party are parties to the resulting contract Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's customers are not parties to this competition or the procurement contract based on it. The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and do not constitute a contract for the customer quantity purchase obligation.
