• Information model coordination of construction projects Inventory measurement and modeling services for construction projects Visualization services for construction projects The city of Vaasa / Talotoimi business institution is requesting bids for data model coordination of construction projects, construction project inventory measurement and modeling service and construction project visualization service. The targets of the assignments covered by the framework agreement are mainly public buildings owned by the City of Vaasa managed by the Talotoimi business data model coordination, inventory measurement and modeling service for renovation and new construction projects targeting buildings (eg, education and training, culture, sports and youth buildings as well as office and business buildings) and visualization service. A maximum of three (3) contract partners will be selected for each sub-area in order of priority. The assignment description and operation during the contract period are described in Appendices 1-3 of the request for tenders. The contract period is three (3) years. Contract period starts from the signing of the contract and ends three years after the signing of the contract. The subscriber reserves the right to extend the contract for one (1) option year starting from the end of the actual contract period.
