Description:
The data protection service for the software and applications used by the early childhood education and basic education of the city of Jyvaskyla will be acquired for a period of three years 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2029 The number of primary education schools in Jyvaskyla is 28 and the number of pupils is approximately 12,000. The number of early education units is 63 and the number of children in early childhood education is about 5100. Currently, the number of applications and services that are used for teaching is about 300. There are a few new services/month. in terms of the processing of personal data and possible other laws and regulations affecting the organizer of the education. In the service, data protection, information security, AI features and suitability for teaching must be evaluated separately. The recommendation received from the service provider must be based on the assessments of data protection lawyers. Based on the recommendation, the organizer of the education should easily be able to make a justified positive or negative decision about the introduction of the service. b) for applications and services already in use, changes in the terms of use that affect their educational use can be monitored. If necessary through the service, you must receive instructions on the necessary measures, e.g. regarding the conclusion of new DPA agreements. c) the necessary information about the processing of personal data related to the applications used to organize teaching can be conveyed to students and guardians. d) is moment...
