- Helsinki's social, health and rescue industry makes a direct purchase of the day center service for substance users (Symppis) from Sininauha Oy. The anticipated total value of the acquisition without value added tax is a maximum of 1,833,336 euros. Total value includes two (2) years basic contract period and one (1) year option period. The Symppis of Helsinki's social, health and rescue industry are low-threshold day activity centers for people who use substances. At the day center, business is done without an appointment or a referral. The services are intended for people over the age of 18 from Helsinki who use intoxicants, especially by injecting drugs, who are in a particularly vulnerable situation. The basic mission of Symppis is to reduce harm caused by substance use and strengthening the participation of visitors and improving the quality of life. The low-threshold service offered by Symppisen can be used to reach those people who belong to the risk group, whose problems could escalate without the services. You can do business in units intoxicated and anonymously. The social, health and rescue sector of the city of Helsinki has two permanent Symppis day centers and Liikkuva Symppis, whose employees on foot offer their support in different parts of the city.
