- The University of Helsinki is establishing a dynamic procurement system (DPS) for bidding for both liquid nitrogen and electric freezers (-80 C and colder) for research use. The duration of the dynamic procurement system is 48 months.
Everyone is accepted into the dynamic procurement systembidders who have met the minimum requirements set for bidders. After the application for participation is approved, the bidder can participate in tenders organized within the dynamic procurement system. Bidders can be accepted for the dynamic procurement system throughout its validity ethe number of bidders is limited by age.
