Description:
The cleaning machines to be purchased will be used for demanding professional use in the 18 service areas of the Defense Properties, covering the whole of Finland. The procurement also includes the following services: training for customers related to machines and use, product support and maintenance.
This contract is divided into parts and eacha separate agreement is made for each aspect.
The comparison is made on the basis of the lowest overall economic price, machine type/area.
After the procurement decision and the procurement law's 14-day waiting period, the quantities of machines to be procured for the areas indicated in the comparison of the request for tenders will beto order from the winners. The requirements and conditions regarding machines and services are defined in the request for tender and its attachments.
The machine types are divided into three groups:
1. Combined machines/sections 1- 5
2. Floor care machines/sections 6 - 9
3. Vacuum cleaners/subareas 10 - 14
The offer must be given in subareasttai total price = machine type/area/number of units to be purchased x price (VAT 0%).
In the offer, the individual price of one machine (VAT 0%) is obtained by dividing the machine type/area/number of machines by dividing the total price (VAT 0%). The individual price of the machine in comparison (VAT 0%)/machine type/part area will continuein the contract as a fixed price during the two-year contract period. Delivery to TOP delivery address.
Delivery addresses will be indicated in the orders. The tenderer can submit his offer in all areas.
The contract does not include the orderer's obligation to purchase quantity from the supplier and does not deliver the product...
