• Description:
• The municipality of Pyhäjoki requests offers for the delivery of wood chips to the biothermal center of the municipality of Pyhäjoki in Pyhäjoki for the period 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2029 + option option for two (2) years. The municipality of Pyhäjoki has a biothermal center, which is located on the south side of the municipal center in the industrial area, at Tekniikantie 4. The thermal center houses a bioboiler with an output of 2.5 MW. The type of bioboiler is LAKA Y-2500. On the same plot, in addition to the above, there is a separate 500 kW in operation, mainly for small summer consumption container-style bio boiler/chip silo system model Ala-Talkkari Veto Cont M4 500. The heating center also includes an oil boiler, which has an output of 2.8 MW and uses light heating oil as fuel. The oil boiler works as a reserve for maintenance downtime and during disturbances, and as a supplement for peak power. The fuel storage is a hall built as a level solution, in the back part of which there are slab silos equipped with bar unloaders, divided into two parts by a partition wall, and the front part serves as an emptying area for loads. Hall the front wall has two large sliding doors. Wood fuel is delivered in advance, at regular intervals as agreed, so that the plant's operation is not jeopardized. Transport equipment equipped with a rear unloader is recommended as transport equipment, but the height of the hall also allows e.g. raising the platform of a lifting car, but not the platform of a long trailer. Cars that unload to the side can also be used where applicable. The fuel supplier gets to know the receiving location and chooses suitable transport equipment....
