Description:
The current library system of the Heili libraries in South Karelia is getting older and municipalities need to acquire a new library system. The aim is to transfer the collections and customer information of South Karelia's Heartbuds to the new system. The target time for deployment will be by the end of 2024 or a subsequent time deciding on the contract negotiations. The detailed delivery schedule is agreed in the contract negotiations and included in the contract between the supplier and the libraries. The contract period for the maintenance service is four (4) years, during which the support service has fixed prices. The contract period for the support and maintenance service begins once the subscriber has approved the deployment.
