- Demolition of wooden residential and storage buildings located in Joensuu's Pekkala The procurement concerns the demolition work of residential and storage buildings located in Joensuu's Sirkkala district, in the Pekkala manor area, property 167-13-1311-2 at Pekkalankatu 7, 80260 Joensuu. The type of contract is a total contract, where the demolition contractor acts as the main contractor in accordance with the legislation. The works are carried out in accordance with the scope presented in the tender documents. The demolition contract includes, among other things:- All demolition of building parts and structures, including foundations and equipment- Construction site fences and protective structures in the demolition area- Filling, sealing and leveling of the demolition trenches- Finishing the surface layer with soil (150 mm) according to the plans- Handling and removal of demolition waste (waste tax and landfill fees are included in the contract) - Removal or plugging of all decommissioned pipes, wells and drains The contractor has access to the plan documents related to the contract electronically through the BEM project bank. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the necessary paper copies at his own expense. A demolition permit has been granted for the project. The contractor is responsible for other permits needed to perform the work.
