Description:
The city of Lohja requests your offer for the demolition contract of eight properties. The properties are:- Karjalohja school yard shed (60m2) (property code 444-431-2-160)- Old Muijalantie barn (65m2) (property code 444-480-7-5)- Liessaaren Mökki (property code 444-465-1-3)- Mäntyrinne Mäntynummentie 16 pieni okt (approx. 40m2) (property ID 444-423-1-143)- Paloniemi tie 5 single-family house- Haukilahti sports field locker room (approx. 35m2) (property ID 444-405-1-402)- Valkokatu\Kuljunkatu barn (approx. 230m2) (property ID 444-463-11-6)- Front veterans' property (collapsed cottage) The buildings are made of wood and stone, so the degree of utilization can be estimated to be high. Crushed aggregate can be reused as fill soil / structure for light traffic lanes, parking areas etc. during construction. Metal, such as pipelines, etc., go to metal recycling. Wood material, if the contractor has no other specific purpose for it, it will be chopped for fuel. The machines and vehicles used in the work are required to the use of biofuels/renewable fuel, which contributes to the carbon footprint resulting from demolition reduction. The company that won the competition is obliged to make an ex post calculation of the realized carbon footprint in this project. Actual quantities are used as the basis for the calculation. In the calculation, the carbon footprint of demolition work C1, the carbon footprint created by transportation C2 and the carbon footprint of waste processing C3 must be specified.
