Description:
TeeSe Botnia Oy requests bids for the demolition of Scania's old building, address Myllarinkatu 5-7, 65100 Vaasa, on behalf of the real estate agency of the city of Vaasa. A more detailed breakdown of the object to be demolished can be found in the documents attached to the tender request. The tenderer must familiarize himself with the object to be demolished on site before submitting a bid. The destination is presented by e.g. RI Jouko Seppanen tel. 040 553 8707. Presentation times will be arranged in week 47. To visit the demolition site, please register in advance. In addition, old structural drawings of the site. Demolition can be seen on site the demolition contractor is responsible for the technical implementation and plans as a whole. The contractor must ensure that the demolition work complies with all the latest laws, regulations, official regulations and occupational safety instructions that are taken into account in that type of work. The work may start as soon as the board's decision has gained legal force and the contract has been signed. The work must be completed by the end of April 2026. Before the demolition work is carried out, a kick-off meeting and inspection will be held, and the contractor must present what is stated in the demolition permit demolition plan.
