- The technical service of the city of Akaa requests contract offers at the address. Matomäenkatu 12, 37830 Regarding the demolition of the water tower and two buildings located in the area of the property. No others are available from the utility building and the storage building information such as the demolition survey. The water tower is a building completed in 1973. The surface area of the water tower tank is approx. 650 m3 and the total height above the ground is 38.5 m. Demolition will be carried out as a total contract and the offered contract price must include:- Demolition plan (to be delivered before the kick-off meeting)- Fencing of the site area as required- Demolition of all above-ground and underground structures of the buildings in accordance with the contract documents- Building-related and found in the demolition area dismantling of techniques/wells etc. in accordance with the contract documents - Proper disposal of the movables in the buildings and structures and scrap located in the demolition area - Leveling/grading of the demolition areas in accordance with the contract documents- Removal and processing of demolition waste with all costs (in accordance with the law and regulations)- Protecting or moving the water and sewer network that remains in use in the demolition area and keeping it in working order during the demolition work- foreman's contractor acts as the main implementer of the objects, responsible foreman (the foreman must be approved in construction supervision) and in charge of safety.
