- Tampereen Vesi Oy will launch a procurement procedure with this procurement procedure regarding the acquisition of "Viinikanlahti wastewater treatment treatment plant" contract. The contract includes the dismantling of the wastewater treatment plant in its extent presented in the invitation to tender and in its appendix.
Tampereen Vesi Oy is dismantling Viinikanlahti wastewater treatment plant to be removed. In the project, the wastewater treatment plant will be demolished in its entirety with its buildings, pools and underground structures. Tampereen Vesi Oy is leased on the property of the City of Tampere. Tampereen Vesi Oy is obliged to dismantle the buildings it owns, equipment and institutions and clean the area before the lease ends.
The project will be implemented as one main contract so that the main contractor of the project and the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation is the company that has been approved to implement the approved bid.
All to be removed and Demolition components, clearing and demolition waste, including removal, waste taxes and landfill fees, belong to the contractor. The demolition contract includes paint and sorting excavations and transportation, as well as fillings of trenches and pools after the structure has been dismantled.
