- We are asking for your contract offer for the Muistola school demolition contract according to the attached documents. The offer is given itemized as mentioned in the attachments. The scope of the site is approximately: 4,742 square meters and 17,400m3. All work on the construction site is carried out as a main contractor. in accordance with the attached documents of the request for tenders, fully completed and implemented. The contract includes landscaping the demolition area with soil stored behind the sports field opposite Nuupala street. 100mm Vesipiste is available at the end of Nuupalankatu from the side of the sports field, to be more precisely agreed with Sastamala water. The demolition work is carried out in the school environment, so the contractor must take special care in terms of safety and dust control. The school's parking lot will be used in Old as a parking lot for the literature days 26-27 June 2026. Currently, there is a traffic jam in the area.
