The remaining buildings of the site are likely to have been completed in the mid-1980s. The bottom floor of the concrete element hall is a ground-free concrete slab, the load-bearing frame and the intermediate and upper soles are concrete structures and the exterior wall structures are concrete elements. The frame system of the building is the load-bearing pillars bar-slabs system.
