• Description:
• The object of the demolition work is an old elementary school located in Joutsa, Koulutie 3. The work also includes earthworks of the object. The building was built in 1981. The building partly has two floors. The lower floor is the ground level on the side facing the slope below. The building contains the facilities of the Activity Center Helper and classrooms that are no longer in use. On the lower floor there are gymnasiums as well as social and storage facilities. The building is connected to the adjacent building with a canopy. Shelter will be demolished in its entirety and the wall structures of the adjacent building will be repaired in the area of ​​the canopy. Contract period January 2026 - June 2026. The offer will be given VAT 0%, as a total price contract. and with the contractor. The demolition contractor acts as the main executor.
