• Description:
• The procurement concerns the demolition of the shooting range buildings located in the Siilainen district of Joensuu, property 167-18-9903-108, at the address Noljakantie 15, 80130 Joensuu. The demolition contract includes the following objects:- Shooting range building, one-story, multi-storey approx. 230 m²- Economic building, single-storey, floor area approx. 28 m²- Toilet building, floor area approx. 4 m² The type of contract is a complete contract, where the demolition contractor acts as the main contractor in accordance with the legislation. The works will be performed as stated in the tender documents according to the scope. The demolition contract includes e.g.:- Demolition of all building parts and structures, including foundations and equipment- Demolition of structures and yard equipment located in the yard area- Construction site fences and protective structures in the demolition area- Filling, compacting and leveling the terrain of demolition trenches - Finishing the surface layer with crushed rock 0-16 mm (200 mm) according to the plans - Handling and removal of demolition waste (waste tax and landfill fees are included in the contract) - For everyone's use removal or plugging of pipes, wells and drains to be removed - Implementation of vibration measurement as stated in the contract program The contractor has access to the plan documents related to the contract electronically through the BEM project bank. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the necessary paper copies at his own expense. The project has a valid demolition permit (167-2026-24 / 29.1.2026). The contractor is responsible for other permits needed to perform the work.
