Demolition of the old Forest Research Institute buildings (2 pcs), plinth and removal of waste, the plinth is previously demolished ground level -1m. The depth of the plinth is -2 - 2.5m below ground level, all concrete structures are dismantled and any old pipelines are removed. The work includes complete dismantling of plinth structures, sorting of materials and transport to approved locations reception locations. The trenches are filled and compacted in layers up to the ground level. All sites are completely dismantled with their foundations. Contents of the contract The contract includes the following work phases: 1. Demolition planning and site plan2. Harmful substance surveys and harmful particles3. Demolition of structures in a controlled manner and by material type4. Sorting and transporting materials to receiving locations5. Documentation of material quantities for low-carbon evaluation6.
