• The city of Kemi's spatial service is asking for a total price quote for the demolition of the burnt building, outhouse, structures and equipment in the yard in the Syväkanka district of the city of Kemi, tidying up the yard area (all movables), removal of demolition waste, filling of the demolition area with clean moraine soil and cleaning of the demolition area in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. The areas must be cleaned, filled, compacted and leveled, and the demolition waste must be delivered to construction waste reception places with the necessary permits and the information must be entered in the transfer register before accepting the contract. There is a pellet boiler in the basement, which remains with the customer and it must be moved to a plot about a kilometer away. Transfer is included contractor. There has been a two (2) storey commercial/apartment building with a basement on the site, which has burned down. Two (2) pipe structures are standing from the burnt building. Otherwise, the burned building is in a pile and there is a basement structure under the pile. There is also on the plot yard building to be demolished, structures, bulk goods and waste.
