• Orthodontic appliances Pohjoinen Kymenlaakso (Kouvola) Orthodontic appliances Etelainen Kymenlaakso (Kotka and Pyhtää) Orthodontics Kaakonkulma (Hamina, Virolahti and Miehikkälä) The Kymenlaakso welfare area is requesting bids for dental technical work regarding orthodontic treatment. Orthodontic appliances will be used mainly for people under the age of 18. The procurement is divided into three areas geographically; 1. SUB-AREA 1 Orthodontic appliances Pohjoinen Kymenlaakso (Kouvola) 2. PART AREA 2 Orthodontic equipment South Kymenlaakso (Kotka and Pyhtää) 3. SECTION 3 Orthodontics Kaakonkulma (Hamina, Virolahti and Miehikkälä) In addition to traditional reproduction, digital reproduction is included in each area (=optional option). This means that the provider can also offer digitally products produced by copying, but these do not have to be offered and they do not affect the comparison of offers. The tenderer can submit his tender in one or more areas. The procurement decision is made on a sub-area basis. Each sub-area consists of own priority order. The planned contract period is 1 October 2026 - 30 September 2028. The contract includes an option to extend the contract period for 1+1 years. The use of option years is agreed upon each year together with the Service Provider three (3) months before that the beginning. The Subscriber does not commit to minimum purchase quantities, but to purchase the service according to the Subscriber's needs.
