Description:
The Social, Health and Rescue Services of the City of Helsinki will request tenders to the Northern District's office maintenance services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition is subject to the North of the City of Helsinki Social, Health and Rescue IndustriesProviding plant maintenance services at the main district, including maintenance cleaning, basic cleaning, and washing of normally washable windows and spacers. On the basis of the tender, a framework arrangement of three (3) service providers will be set up if approved offers arrive at leastthree (3). The acquisition shall be made for the two (2) year contract period. It is possible to continue the agreement when the subscriber so far in the current option period.
