Description:
The Social, Health and Rescue Services of the City of Helsinki will request tenders to the Northeast Large Department's office maintenance services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition is the Northeast of the City of Helsinki Social, Health and Rescue ServicesProviding plant maintenance services at the main district, including maintenance cleaning, basic cleaning, and washing of normally washable windows and spacers. On the basis of the tender, a framework arrangement of three (3) service providers will be set up if approved offers arrive at leastthree (3). The acquisition shall be made for the two (2) year contract period. It is possible to continue the agreement when the subscriber so far in the current option period. The units of the Northeast Grand District of the acquisition, where the plant maintenance service is provided at the start of the contract period, are: 1.Puistola Health Station Ajurinaukio 1, 00750 Helsinki 2.
