- The Water Unit of the South Ostrobothnia ELY Center needs to ensure and secure the electricity requirement of regulatory dams and flood pumping stations with spare power plants during possible power outages. The contracting entity wants to ensure the effectiveness of the reserve power plants to be purchased as possible in the event of possible electrical distribution situations in pumping stations and regulatory dams.
