Description:
The city of Kemi requests bids for the design and implementation of the new KEMI sign in accordance with the request for bids and attachments. The goal of the sign is to act: - as a visual focal point in Kemi's maritime landscape - as an element that strengthens the city brand - as a desired photography destination for residents and tourists - operating all year round, especially taking into account the lighting during the dark The sign must reflect Kemi's new brand values, sustainable development and northern, maritime identity. The location sign will be placed In the area of Kemi in the maritime environment (more precise location will be specified during the acquisition / in the appendix). The planning must take into account:- scenic visibility from different directions- photographic and cloud visibility- surrounding built and natural environment- wind, snow and ice conditions Content of the procurement The offer must cover at least: 1. Concept design - Shape, scale and visual appearance - Compatibility with Kemi's new brand 2. Material choices - Durability in northern conditions - Serviceability and life cycle costs 3. Structure and implementation planning - Foundations - Fixings 4. Lighting design - Visibility in the dark - Energy efficiency - Lighting atmosphere and safety 5. Fire and vandalism safety 6. Implementation and installation 7.
