Description:
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (later referred also as "the Ministry" or "the Contracting Authority") requests candidates to participate for a procurement of the following project: Design & Build renovation project of the Koroneos Building in Athens, Greece. The contract will cover theprovision of all necessary design services and carrying out all the work needed for the renovation of the building (and related necessities). The design services and the works are described in more detail in Appendix 1. The building is described more detail in Appendix 1. More information about thebuilding can also be found at https://www.finninstitute.gr/en/koroneos/The total budget for the whole project covering both design & build works is at most 1.6 million EUR.As a result of the procurement, the Contracting Authority will award the contract to one (1) contractor.The scope of the contractand desired quality level of the renovation project is determined in more detail in Appendix 1.
